N O M A D A S - 2 0 0 3

The cultural project about multi-discipline and itinerant art named Nomadas, artistas del movimiento, goes and another year developing its objectives of promoting the artistic creations of the youth in the province of Malaga, focusing on six main areas: Music, Plastic Arts, Literature, Theatre, Videofiction-Shorts and Open Workshops.

Around this disciplines this Área de Juventud, Deportes y Formación de la Diputación de Málaga pretends to carry out a whole series of iniciatives to consolidate the sociocultural framework in our Province. To achieve this it's planned to promoted not only those activities developes from this initiative we are introducing but from others ones more which youngsters have the oportunity to wide their artistic or technical knowlodgement and to be the protagonist of cultural exchanges with other Areas.

During this year 2003, the Área de Juventud wanted to adopt in the widest possible way the proposals given by the artists and novel creators who during the last editions suggested for the best promotion of their waorks and the optimization of the project resources. For this purpose we have redirected and incorporated purposes that open new perspectives for the creation and diffusion of the labour of future protagonists of the culture of the Province.

I seize to encourage all those youngsters interested in cultural dinamizing of our land to join this new edition of the project Nomadas, artistas del movimiento and to tell us any ideas and initiatives that redound to the improving of this campaign as a service to the community.
