- To participate in Nómadas 2003 under this category is totally essential to send a pic or drawing of the work along with a full list of the work with its prices so they can be selected.
- This works should be unseen in the past editions of Nómadas and should be allusive to this project concept. We won't admit any works with a non-secure packaging. We won't admit them with a plain paper or bubble wrap being essential a box support, preferably made of wood or similar for its own security.
- Those works that necessarily have a crystal support should be framed, and the organization will not assume responsibility for breakings.
- Works cannot occupy a place bigger than 2 m².
- After the authors selection, and when the organization comunicate it, these authors should deposit their works within the marked time, these works have to be accompanied by the author/s name, tittle and technique written in the back.
- Each author can enter 4 works in each art as maximum.
- The Organization keep its right to reject those works which don't fulfill these requirements.
- ACTIVITIES
Theatre, Music, Literature, Videofiction & Shorts, Graffiti y Open Workshops
- It's necessary to send a demo or VHS tape (depending on the subject: music or theatre); they should also add the technic specifications: playing time, raiders & necessary materials.
- About literature, send 3 paper copies and also a disk with the work (poetry, novel, tale...).
- The Comic it's free themed, sending 3 copies of the work.
- About music, the Organization will select groups and soloists attending the creativity and artistic quality, the jury of this modality will select a maximum of 20 artist to give them the oportunity to record and edit a CD in a recording studio during April 2003. These artist promise to perform a serie of shows around the province and the capital city.
- Comic & Literature: a book will be published with the selected authors, naming their trajectory.
- Videofiction & Short works must be send in VHS format, along with all the requested generic documentation. A maximum of 4 works can be sent.
- Graffiti participants will make groups to execute a series of works in different spots around the province and the capital cityLos au. Each author will be given an amount of 240,40 € to carry out the works.
- The workshop instructors should use a maximum of 25 hours for each workshop. The selected ones will take place around the province and finally in the capital city. They should specify materials, required space, number of students and availability. These works will be proposed to the participating cities to be executed. The payment will be 18 € per hour and the material. The City Council will pay for the travellings inside the province (0,15 € / Kms).
- Selected authors will be promoted in different publishing media during this Nómadas 2003 campaign:
- 1.000 catalogues.
- 3.000 program-brochures.
- Especific media for music and literature.
- Website.

- A different jury for each discipline will be constituted, formed by capable people chosen by the Organization.
The prizes could be declared unawarded if the jury thinks so, their decisions will be unappealable. They can also report Special Mentions in each modality with no economical endowment.
The jury's decision will be announced during the closing of the exposition in Malaga and the names of the winners will be given. The different prizes will be subject to taxes and reductions in accordance with the Ministerio de Economía y Hacienda.
- In addition to the material specified for each discipline authors must also send the following generic documentation:
- Photocopy of the Author(s)' ID card.
- Text to be included in the catalogue (a phrase, a quotation, notes...)
- For those participating in plastic discipline: 1 pic of one of the works or a drawing of the same.
- For those participating in activities: A photo of the group or soloist or company depending on the case.
Limit time: 31 March 2003. After this date no works will be admited.
After this date the organization will contact with the selected authors for the delivering of the works, and also to keep them informed of the itinerary and the shows calendar.
The documentation will be sent back to those non-selected authors.
The authors' authorization for the publishing or reproducing of the works or the authors is implicit. Participating in this Exposition implies the total aceptance of this rules.
